Alyce has successfully led a number of cases in the Land and Environment Court involving development applications for subdivision of land, child care centres, residential flat buildings, multi-housing development, items of heritage significance, commercial and mixed-use development, places of public worship and boarding houses.

- Obtained development consent for the construction of a 6 storey mixed use development with ground floor commercial premises and 112 place child care centre in the Liverpool City Centre.
- Obtained development consent for 2 semi-detached 2-storey dwellings with basement parking in Annandale Hertiage Conservation Area.
- Obtained development consent for demolition of a dwelling located in the Union, Bank and Thomas Street Heritage Conservation Area and nominated as a contributory item of heritage under the relevant North Sydney Development Control Plan 2013.
- Obtained development consent at hearing for a 110 placed child care centre in a Heritage Conservation Area and on land containing an item of local heritage significance in the Hunter’s Hill Local Government Area.
- Obtained development consent at hearing for a 2-storey child care centre for 76 children with basement parking for 19 cars in Dundas Valley.
