Christopher is a corporate lawyer with a dual transactional and litigious practice. Christopher specialises in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raising, corporate restructuring and insolvency, banking and finance and corporate litigation. Christopher also regularly provides general corporate advisory support to clients, with a particular focus on corporate law, governance, directors’ duties and securities law.

Christopher acts for domestic and international private equity firms, corporate insolvency and restructuring firms, ASX listed and international companies, and private companies.

Christopher also lectures at the University of Technology, Sydney, in the areas of banking and finance law, and is a co-author of the text PPS in Practice, published by Thomson Reuters.
