Hayley is a Partner of MillerPrince.
Hayley specialises in banking, finance and securitisation law having acted for both lenders and borrowers in a vast range of finance transactions.
Hayley has experience in a wide range of domestic and cross boarder financing particularly in relation to construction and development finance, asset finance, trade credit, receivable finance and corporate finance.
Having worked in-house at a Global Investment Bank, Hayley has developed the skills to efficiently and effectively understand what her clients need from their legal services. Hayley is highly focused on
her clients’ objectives and understands that the best transactional results come from excellent communication, approachability and the ability to assess risk through a commercial lens.
Hayley’s experience includes:
- Acting for Australia’s largest non-bank lender in relation to a $55m construction and development finance facility
- Acting for Australia’s largest non-bank lender in relation to a $21m construction and development finance facility
- Acting for ASX listed debtor financier in relation to a $27 million debtor, trade and equipment finance facility where the borrower was an ASX listed company
- Acting for debtor financier in relation to a $25 million debtor finance facility including intercreditor deeds and various rights of entry
- Acting for debtor financier in relation to a $7 million debtor and trade finance facility whilst the borrowers were subject to external administration
- Acting for private investors in relation to various transactions involving construction funding and investment loans
- Acting for commercial real estate funds in relation to various construction and development facilities
- Providing advice as to the enforceability of securitisation
